I understand that participation in Act Two: Performing Arts Workshop for Grownups involves physical activity, including movement, dance, and stage work, and that such activity carries an inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risk of injury to myself and release Act Two, its teaching artists, interns, and any host venue from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except as caused by gross negligence.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full refund for cancellations made 30 days before workshop begins.

Cancellations made more than 7 days but within 30 days of the workshop start date will receive a 50% refund.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of workshop start.
